Lennar closed the first single-family home in SeaChase Poine in April of 2025. As of February 2026, in less than 10 months, Lennar has already sold over 70 single family homes in SeaChase Pointe. The single-family homes in SeaChase Pointe have sold from $319,000 to $520,000 with an average selling price at approximately $440.000.
